Below is the structure of the Files Together directory.

-Anywheretogether (core folder)

       -applications (location of anywhere together applications)        

               -filestogether (location of the application php files)

                       clientsidescript (client side javascript that is used on the browser)

                       help (The location of the help guide)

                       images (location of the application images)

                       plugins (The location of any system plugins)

                               system  (system specific plugins, not used. For future use)

                       snipear (The location of the framework on which anywhere together software build our applications)

                       stylesheets (The application stylesheets)
               ioncube (location of the loader dlls required to decode some of the php pages)

               settings (The location of the ini files for any Anywhere Together Software applications. This is the equivalent of the windows registry.)

                       _system (The location for general Anywhere Together Software settings)

                       filestogether (The location of the settings files for the Files Together application)

                               db (The db folder contains the settings for the database connection)

                                       mysql (This contains the sql data definition language to create the tables within the database)
